6. Limitation of Liability
IVBMCS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from services provided by Agents.
Agents are solely responsible for the quality and outcomes of their services.
IVBMCS acts as a platform connecting Agents and clients.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
IVBMCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Agent account for violation of these terms.
Remove any agent found engaging in misconduct, fraud, or poor service delivery.
Take appropriate legal action if necessary.
8. Changes to Terms
IVBMCS may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
