Types of Saudi Business Visas

  1. Single-Entry Business Visa (Valid for 30–90 days)
  2. Multiple-Entry Business Visa (Valid for 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years)

Requirements for Saudi Business Visa

  • Invitation Letter from a Saudi company, attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
  • Visa Request Letter from your company (on official letterhead) addressed to the Saudi Embassy/Consulate.
  • Completed Visa Application Form (Filled online or at the embassy).
  • Valid Passport (Minimum 6 months validity with at least two blank pages).
  • Passport-Size Photos (As per specifications).
  • Commercial Registration of the Saudi Company (Copy of the company’s business license).
  • Flight & Hotel Booking Confirmation (Sometimes required).
  • Proof of Business Relationship (If applicable, such as contracts or previous business dealings).
  • Travel Insurance covering the stay in Saudi Arabia.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (If required).
  • Visa Fee Payment Receipt (As per consulate fees).

How to Apply for a Saudi Business Visa

  1. Obtain an Invitation Letter

    • The host company in Saudi Arabia must issue an invitation letter through the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) portal.
    • The letter must be attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.

  2. Submit Visa Application

    • Fill out the application form via the Enjazit website (https://visa.mofa.gov.sa).
    • Attach all required documents.
    • Pay the visa fee online or at the visa service center.

  3. Visit the Saudi Embassy/Consulate

    • Submit the application at the nearest Saudi consulate or an authorized visa agency.
    • Some countries require biometric data submission.

  4. Visa Processing Time

    • Processing usually takes 5-10 business days, but it may vary based on the embassy’s workload.

  5. Receive the Visa

    • If approved, the visa will be stamped in your passport, allowing you to travel to Saudi Arabia.

  • The visa does not permit employment or paid work in Saudi Arabia.
  • A multiple-entry visa allows repeated visits within the validity period.
  • Some nationalities may be eligible for eVisa instead of a stamped visa.
