Responsibilities
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth induction of new employees.
✅ Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
✅ Performance Management
- Assist in setting up appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.

- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS Software.
- Monitor Timechamp application for analyzing productivity.

Collaborate closely with the Top Management, Manager – Audit & Accounts, and fellow team members to plan and execute internal and statutory audits. Ensure all client accounting requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
Financial Reporting
Prepare and review financial statements, working papers, and reports with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and clarity. Work in tandem with the team to uphold the highest standards of financial reporting.
Team Collaboration & Supervision
Support and guide a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and mutual respect. Encourage knowledge sharing and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of assignments.
Client Engagement
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, coordinating with the team to collect financial data and address queries efficiently and professionally.
