Steps to Apply for a Commercial License:

  1. Access the Balady Platform:

    • Visit the Balady Platform and log in using your credentials.

  2. Enter Establishment Details:

    • Navigate to the "Issuance of a Commercial License" service.
    • Input the establishment's registration details, specifying the activity type and area.

  3. Provide Location and Shop Details:

    • Enter the shop or office location and complete the required details.

  4. Select an Engineering Office (if applicable):

    • For non-immediate activities, choose a classified and approved engineering office to review and send your request.

  5. Submit the Application:

    • For immediate activities, pay the necessary fees directly.
    • For non-immediate activities, submit the application to the municipality for approval.

Required Documents:

  • External Photograph: A clear image of the shop or office exterior, prominently displaying the shop sign.
  • Ownership or Lease Documentation: A copy of the lease contract, title deed, or investment contract authorized by the municipality or relevant government agencies.
  • Cleaning Contract: Depending on the activity type, a cleaning contract may be required.
  • Safety Compliance: An invoice for safety tools or a safety report from the Civil Defense for immediate activities.
  • Building Permit: A copy of the building permit.
